Booking terms & Rent conditions

The price is all inclusive:

- electricity,

- gas (cooking/heating),

- condo expenses,

- internet connection (if available),

- cleaning service every 2 weeks,

All the apartments are fully equipped:

- towels, linen, blankets,

- washing machine,

- kitchen tools.

● Reservation: 20% in advance (via PayPal).

● Booking confirmation: you receive an email with the booking details and the apartment owner direct contacts.

● The owner will contact you to agree about the contract, payment, check-in and check-out.

● Security deposit: 300 € cash @ arrival, refunded @ departure.
